Wanderlust 2021

The team of Teachers for Wanderlust 2021 has been announced, and I am thrilled to tell you that I am one of them. Wanderlust 2021 is 51 mixed-media lessons, all downloadable and yours to keep forever. For years I worked in sketchbooks with basic supplies and was afraid to take the leap into other mediums like paint, pastels, and oils. Art Journaling was a transformative moment in my art career. I found that I could experiment freely, make a mess, practice, and, most importantly, get my ideas down. Ideas that eventually grew into pieces of art that I loved.

Journal Lesson For Wanderlust 2020

For the past decade, I have filled journals and continue to go back to them time and time again. Ideas that were not fully formed or explored and combine them with new ideas to create something unique and original. I have seen many artists start working in an art journal and gain the confidence they needed to explore work outside the journal. I am one of these artists.
