What is Holiday Cheer about?
Last year, I wanted to do something special to express my gratitude to everyone who was a part of my creative community. I didn't know the impact that Holiday Cheer would have on people, but the next thing I knew, everyone was posting their beautiful tags, gift wrapping, handmade journals, and decorations they would be gifting to others. I received countless messages from people who felt inspired to create artistic gifts with their children, grandchildren, family, and friends. It was amazing and filled my heart with joy!
This year, I have put a bigger plan in place and decided to offer free art lessons along with gifts and the Facebook Live demos - which will also be available on YouTube for those who aren't on FB.
Now, if you're new here or have been here since the beginning, this is my way of saying thank you! Thank you for walking alongside me through my creative journey, taking my classes, purchasing my artwork, and being a beautiful part of my creative community. I appreciate you!

About Collected Stories:
It is more than a "how-to" on drawing a face; it is about connecting with your subject and allowing inspiration to guide your hand and heart. This class is about finally permitting yourself to embrace the way you see the world, your ideas, stories, and most importantly, the way you draw.
You don’t need a lot of supplies to create this lesson, just gather bits and pieces of vintage paper, sketch paper, and tracing paper to draw small, expressive portraits in charcoal, Stabilo, and water.

At the start of 2020, Cathy Penton reached out to me to create a piece of art for one of her exquisite designs. Together, we created two limited edition pieces of art, one is a 100 percent cotton bag with a stitching kit. This custom kit is the beginning of exploring how to stitch, and you will find an embroidery needle, 3 different colors of thread on card spools, a stitching guide, and a screen-printed cotton bag.
The other piece of art is a limited-edition fine art screenprint. Each one printed by hand by a local fine art screen printer in Ann Arbor, Michigan. They are printed on 100 percent French cotton paper and will be signed and numbered.
